How to Permanently Delete Your Account

Members can permanently delete their account and associated data directly within the SunnahSpouse app at any time. Account deletion is 100% self-serve, fully automated, instantaneous, and permanent directly within the application:

1. Open the SunnahSpouse App
Log into your account on iOS, Android, or Web.
2. Navigate to Settings
Tap the 'Settings' tab in the bottom navigation bar (gear icon).
3. Select Privacy & Security
From the settings menu, tap 'Privacy & Security'.
4. Locate Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom to find the red 'Delete Account' section.
5. Confirm Deletion
Tap 'Delete Account', type the word DELETE into the confirmation field, and tap 'Confirm'.

What happens immediately upon deletion:

Instant Removal

Your profile is immediately removed from match discovery and searches across all platforms in real-time.

Data Eradication

Your profile information, photos, preferences, and direct messages are permanently purged from our active databases in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

If you have an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription, please remember to cancel your renewal via your device's store settings (App Store / Google Play Store subscriptions), as third-party platform stores manage payment renewals independently of in-app account records.

Uninstalled the App? Delete via Web

If you have uninstalled the mobile app and wish to delete your data, you do not need to reinstall the app. Simply log in at https://app.sunnahspouse.com to execute the exact same in-app deletion without needing to reinstall the mobile app.
